ABOUT THE EVENT
This workshop hosted by Micro Nano Technology Education Center and Hillsborough College

This Fundamentals of Photonics Workshop will provide participants with basic photonics theory and concepts supported by hands-on laboratory activities, and an overview of the photonics industry and photonics related careers. Participants will perform laboratory experiments and learn about the characteristics of light and lasers. This institute is sponsored by the Micro Nano Technology Education Center

General Public (High school 11th & 12th grade or adults), Secondary Educators, Post-Secondary Educators, Industry Professionals
