ABOUT THE EVENT
This workshop is hosted by Sinclair College
Building guitars in the classroom to help engage students to apply math, science and technology skills is totally achievable. The STEM guitar project has been training faculty for 15 years in this opportunity to revitalize your teaching skills and make instruction fun again by creating a product in the classroom that students can individualize, learn building skills and see how math, science and technology is applied in an identifiable product. These skills and techniques can also lead to careers in the music manufacturing field.
