UAS-CTI New participating school form

Please complete this form when a new school has been approved for the UAS-CTI program. After submission of this form, NCAT will be notified to make updates to the UAS-CTI page on the website and Palomar College will be notified to add the school to the existing UAS-CTI school locations map. 

By providing the full physical address, this ensures that Palomar College marks the correct campus address on the map.
