The DST plans to hold 2-3 plenary sessions annually and is seeking venue options from participating organizations to host these events with both in-person and virtual attendance. Typically, plenary events host 20-50 attendees in-person and another 20 or more virtually via Teams or Zoom. This document collects information about potential facilities to evaluate their suitability for future plenaries.
