Co-Chairs

The DST is jointly led by two executive-level co-chairs:

FAA co-chair, reserved for the Executive Director of Accident Investigation and Investigation (AVP-1). As the DST transitions from AUS-AVP, Joe Morra has been named as the FAA co-chair for an interim period. Industry co-chair, selected by vote of the DST membership.



Co-Chair Responsibilities

Establish and revise DST bylaws to guide governance and execution of this charter. Support and implement the objectives outlined in this Charter. Co-lead meetings of the DST and Steering Committee. Identify and secure necessary resources. Represent DST in external engagements. Review and consider data voluntarily submitted by DST members.
