EXPERIENCE STEAM provides a meaningful, hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) experience, while facilitating clear pathways to two-year technical education and high-demand advanced technology careers.

Powered by the National Center for Autonomous Technologies (NCAT) and Mall of America, EXPERIENCE STEAM is set to feature a spectrum of opportunities for attendees, regardless of age, academic background, or social constraints. Designed to maximize engagement, a variety of events including a STEAM Carnival, student camps, student competitions, professional development workshops, and advanced skills training will be offered.

This event also coincides with Mall of America's 30th Birthday Celebration, which includes plans of celebrity appearances, concerts and more! It is anticipated that thousands of youth and their families will attend the week-long, highly-engaging event. You won't want to miss out on this once in a generation experience!

This event is geared towards K-12 and post-secondary students and their families looking to engage in hands-on STEAM learning experiences.

Also encouraged to attend are STEAM educators, both secondary and post-secondary, administrators, and community members. The event is open to the public and mall visitors are invited to engage in the activities that are designed to inspire the future generation of the highly-skilled technical workforce!

Mall of America is located in Bloomington, MN, only a few short miles from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP).
