ABOUT THE EVENT
The Yorktown Cornographers UAS4STEM team invites students, teachers, and administration to a simulation and hands-on Drone Safety and Drone Discovery Day. This event is designed to promote responsible drone operations, introduce key aviation principles, and inspire the next generation of UAS innovators.
Attendees will learn about FAA drone safety guidelines, airspace awareness, and real-world applications of unmanned aircraft systems through live demonstrations, interactive sessions, and team-led discussions. The program also highlights pathways into STEM, aviation, and emerging drone technologies.
