Note that a registration code will be shared separately for those who need it. Also, those who are participating as a speaker or panelist will receive full conference registration from AUVSI.

4 hotel nights will be (Sunday-Wednesday) or (Monday - Thursday) but you are welcome to stay through Friday at your own expense. (REOA will cover 4 nights, but you must attend the Monday meeting, and you must submit reimbursements within 2 weeks of the conference)

Travel expense forms will be shared separately from MTS/MATE. Please keep all receipts for your expenses. you must submit reimbursements within 2 weeks of the conference.
