ABOUT THE EVENT
Welcome to this years FAA National Drone Safety Day 2022. This program will introduce the recreation drone pilot to background laws, regulations, resources, and mandatory testing to fly your drone safe and legal. You will be introduced to the primary Recreation Drone Law 49 USC 44809, AC 91-57B, The Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST), FAA Drone Registration Requirements, LAANC, B4UFLY, NASA/ASRS, and a look at Part 107, Remote Drone Pilot Commercial Operations. Since all drone operators must be trained or Certificated (TRUST or Part 107), this program is a must to attend for all Drone Operators to identify between the two.
